Chris Hay

Chris is an experienced investment professional with direct investment experience in private equity and venture capital.  Chris has also led a number of successful M&A transactions and has 25+ years experience in the energy, oil and gas, and emerging mobility markets.​ Chris is the Chair of the Fund’s Investment Committee and also oversees the investment strategy and business development activities of a number of the Fund’s portfolio companies. Prior to joining the Fund, Chris’ selective work experiences included M&A at Caltex, Chief Executive Officer of Ecosmart and Director of Accenture’s Asia Pacific strategy and Corporate Development practise. Chris has a Bachelor of Commerce and MBA and has lived and worked in China, Japan and USA.
